"Excellent hotel and room."

"The elevator system was a nightmare. Staff was very helpful though."

"Of the two elevators, one was broken, so everyone was waiting for one elevator, causing delays since you don’t have stairs. You should have stairs. In addition, the room we had was next to the alley and the dumpster being emptied at 4 am was like a bomb going off."

"Wonderful stay"

"The parking garage is a confusing mess, but I don’t blame the hotel for that! It’s a quarry"

"Nice clean room and plenty of choices on the breakfast buffet."

"Suite Room was quite larger. Good Location. Only negative shower water never got warm, however water in sink was hot."

"Everything was perfect!"

"Muy bueno"

"The room was awful! The bedside stand was falling off the wall and anything we put on it would slide off! There was black mold on the shower curtain. The room smelled of mold. The window would not lock. The screw on the door lock was half unscrewed. When showed the checked in person he told us the smell was “English oil” we left and could not even spent 1 night there! He would not refund our money. Previous decorations were not even taken down! Dirty bedding. Terrible terrible"
