"Me encantó todo muy limpio la decoración hermosa muy acogedora, solo que está un poco retirado de Helen pero el lugar lo recomiendo mucho 100%"

"The cabin room we stayed was called Duck Down I believe. Very cute decor inside with kitchen sink, microwave, small frig/freezer, coffee maker and a Keurig. There were French doors with a cute private porch and picnic table. The bed was comfy. There were nice touches such as cookies, candy, throws, a stand alone electric fireplace. We did eat at the Dugout and it was ok as far as the food, the staff was very pleasant and friendly. We would definitely stay there again. It was very comfortable...

"It was very basic. No bed bugs. It looks like a property they picked up cheap and through some paint on it. Dated. No drain covers. Can’t take a bath it needs an interior over haul"

"Loved our stay. Very relaxing, staff was great, food was great."

"The room was clean and it was comfortable. It was quiet and remote which was nice. The water in the shower was nice n hot, although we didn't shower. The water in the cabin didn't really get very hot. The hosts met us at the gate and they were really friendly and helpful."

"Everything was very clean. We absolutely love the hot tub. We will definitely be going back here."

"This sweet cabin in the woods was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend. So close to several great small towns, wineries, and outdoor activities. We'll definitely be back again!"

"What a great rental! We were able to share living space with family (4 generations) and everyone had a great time. The location was fantastic. Rooms were large and inviting, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We ran out of time long before we ran out of activities and exploring. We are interested in coming again when we can use more outdoor space. Thanks for the great memories!"

"Very clean. Wish it would have included a grill of some sort. Everything else was great."

"Another great stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, quiet, and very convenient to get in and out of. This was our second stay in this particular unit, and we’ve also stayed three times in another unit just two doors down. We’ve always had a great experience and will definitely be back!"

"This place has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It is neat, clean, and cozy. There are many living spaces to enjoy indoors as well as outdoors. The hot tub is a real plus! The games and media availability are perfect. We attended a family reunion at Fort Hollingsworth about 40 minutes away. This house was perfect for our party of nine. Everyone had their own space to sleep and there are plenty of blankets for comfort. The fire pit outside is very nice and we enjoyed our s’mores. The...

"Our family had an amazing stay from July 15–19! With 8 kids and 4 adults, this home was incredibly spacious and gave everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The home is beautifully decorated, and the amenities and thoughtful accessories provided made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—just a short distance to the beautiful community pool, splash park, and close to Toccoa Falls, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Our hostess was absolutely...

"It was hard to get answers about the kitchen. I left several messages to ask a couple questions before we left to go to the property. Finally got an answered call on the way up there. We had a problem with the hot water in the shower. It was slow to warm up and after 2 minutes it was ice cold and took 2-3 minutes to warm up again. The lady across the street, Lee Ann, was very helpful. My son rented the unit next door owned by the same person and he had (dripping water from the main air...

"This cabin was perfect for my grandkids and I. We were visiting my brother and his new grandbaby, but we also wanted to go to Helen for some tubing, shopping and of course the roller coaster. This was the perfect location for both. It was tucked back in the woods but not too far away from everything we wanted to do. The cabin was beautifully decorated. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We had everything we needed. The starter kit with toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, paper towels, and...
