"The staff was out of this world. When I booked (which was about a month and half out, they send me a message with option to book the Alhambra through them. When it turned out that it was sold out (especially the Nasrid Palaces) they found an alternate option for me, which turned out to be a great tour. They also took great care of me (a female solo traveler) when I was there, letting me check in early, providing an upgrade, arranging a tablao zambra flamenco visit, etc. etc. The breakfast was so...

"We had a great 2 nights in a very quiet room on the top floor. Very comfortable king bed and beautifully appointed bathroom. There’s a cafe on the ground floor where you can grab a good coffee and sandwich or pastry. Terrific location."

"A lovely hotel in the heart of old Grenada with a roof terrace looking over snowy mountains. Funky rooms , breakfast ok but if English bring your own t-bags Only downside was the noise - first night at 3am & 2nd night at midnight- not great if you want a quiet and restful nights sleep It is a hotel so you can’t choose who you get but obvs people didn’t feel it necessary to keep the noise down when coming back from a good night out Bar that , highly recommend "
