The hotel is perfectly located in the Albaicin very near the Alhambra which means it is somewhat challenging to get to, but worth it. While it is as old as the wonderful winding streets that surround it, the bed was comfortable, bath well appointed, breakfast substantial and the staff helpful and friendly.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially with transportation to and from airports and bus stations. The area where the hotel is has all of the sites that you want to see in Granada, and they are all within walking distance. The breakfast was very good, and the rooms were very clean. Wonderful stay. My spouse and I absolutely loved our time at Palacio de Santa Inés. The staff were incredibly kind and helped us with several needs (laundry, cab services, off-the-path tourist spots, and finding less touristy and more local shopping places, to name a few). The staff was also multilingual (I heard English, Spanish, French, and German all from the same concierge for example), which was not a requirement for us in booking but very impressive. The breakfast was delicious and quite varied for a hotel offering. The units have AC (which is not common among others this historic in town) that worked well during the time of year we visited. The hotel is beautiful and a great example of Spanish city palace design. The room was fantastic. Ours in particular was modeled after Nasrid decor and was absolutely beautiful. We loved our time here and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Granada.
