"Staff and food are wonderful. Bathroom would be a bit more cleaner but I didn’t mind. If you plan to have some work meetings, the internet speed may not be that enough, but otherwise it is okay. A big shopping mall, 1 minute on foot - options to dine, traditional goods to buy. 5 minutes to Malioboro using Grab bikes. Overall, it was a nice stay - I will choose this one when I come back."

"TV did not work, none of the channels can be watched. Practically just an empty black box taking space in the bedroom. Internet was super lousy. The refrigerator in the room also did not work, just functioning like an empty cabinet seeing that not much space to keep your belongings in the room. The hotel looks good on the outside, and maybe for travellers who do not need internet access in the room, nor killing time by watching TV, this hotel can be considered. However I will not stay in this...

"Great hotel with really helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms and great rooftop pool and bar. Good location for visiting Java culture and history sites - Borobudur and Prambanan Temples, and Sultan's Palace are essential visits, as is Jalan Malioboro. Walkable for local shopping malls, and for the wonderful House of Raminten restaurant. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Kind and friendly staff were very helpful throughout the stay."

"I was disappointed for the housekeeping to throw my face soap yo the dustbin. They should have known that they can not throw anything except what it is inside the dustbin. First time that I knew, I complained to the receptionist but slow response until I called them again. Room and condition is OK but I feel insecure if they can throw everything outside dustbin with any assumption. I will not stay in this hotel again."

"Stayed while attending conference at nearby university- older hotel in parts but clean and well serviced for rate. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Room had all base requirements- wifi throughout although drops out frequently when hotel busy. Tasty and varied breakfast options included in room rate for many rooms "
