"Excellent room and services and excellent staff. Reception staff Tamara was very accommodative of our needs and she even arrange a car with driver for us for a 12 hour trip starting early morning. The staff at the restaurant and the roof top bar were excellent too and provided us our choice of food that were not in the menu. I highly recommend this hotel."

But when we arrived we were told our room did not include breakfast. We had three conversations with the front desk staff about honoring the breakfast that was included with the booking, but they refused each time. We chatted with hotels.com. "If you want decent service this hotel is not for you. The service was shockingly bad none of the front of house staff or restaurant staff spoke any english which resulted in every order wrong whether it be food or drinks, the hotel itself is clean the room is good but the staff are awful maybe because they cannot communicate they seem rude and ignorant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone there are far better quality hotels in the area for a better price "

"Good location, breakfast ok not great. Can be noisy due to split of building especially bar across street with outdoor concert area. Clean and safe central location though. Steps only to reception no ramp. lift to floors."

"It was well situated and the pool was very nice . Close to wellknown street MALIOBORO. The service to get extra info to travel in Yogiakarta was excellent. All this for a good price. I would go back with no hesitation."
