"They were not prepared for guests. The owner / manager was not available. Their voice mailbox cannot accept any messages. A neighbor told me that the owner was not renting rooms and was trying to remove it from Airbnb. We rented a room at the Attica Inn. After the holiday, I will seek reimbursement for all charges against my card. This reflects poorly on Expedia as well, as they do not verify their partners."

"Just as described. It is spacious, peaceful and relaxing. The bed was fantastic. It was just the perfect spot to recharge and enjoy beautiful scenery. Host was most excellent in communication and responsiveness."

"Place was dirty when we arrived. Bed was not a queen was supposed to be shower only but it was shower tub and was 2 ft high I have bad knees I had to go to daughter to shower. Bed and couch both stained oh and it’s right next door to fire station so we got woken up by sirens .As for ac it had a window unit in front room only so bedroom was hot. I would have canceled as soon as we saw it but Vrbo takes a week to refund and I didn’t have the money to go somewhere else!!!!"

"Excellent overall. Walking distance to the college and Lew Wallace study. Lots of history on the property alone to explore. Street parking only. My only complaint is that the windows are single pane glass and allow in a fair amount of ambient nose. "

"The quaint old home was wonderful! Everything was as listed. Communication with the host was flawless. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room! The candy was a nice touch too!!"
