Worst hotel stay ever and we’ve traveled throughout the US. The bed was so hard that we ended up using the pull out bed. The actual bed was poorly made and there were dirty fingerprints on the bathroom door.
First impression on walking into the hotel was that we were a bother. The clerk came to the desk and looked at me. I said we were checking in and she proceeded to mess around on the computer for several minutes without welcoming us or even speaking until she told us the room was non smoking and asked if we had pets. She then handed me the pen that she pulled out of her ponytail to sign in!! Who does that?! Needless to say, we canceled our upcoming reservation for the Memorial Day weekend and booked elsewhere.
