"We got two rooms next to each other. One had been remodeled to some extent, and was in ok shape, with a small full size refridgerator. Small kitchenette, but you had better bring everything you need. No coffee maker, not even cheap plastic water cups. No soap or shampoo, Bath floor (vinyl plank) had a large gap in it. The second room had a quite small refridgerator. Cat hairs on bed sheet. The top of the small chest was not attached, so if you set a light bag on it, if flipped off and...

"The hotel was nice. The staff were very friendly. The TV’s in the room were outdated. One of the lamps didn’t work and the lights over the bed seemed to have a short in them…when I flipped the switch to turn them on, nothing would happen. But then maybe 15-30 secs later, they would come on. Overall, the room was nice. The beds were comfortable and you couldn’t hear outside noises or noises from the other rooms or hallway."

"We arrived at 420pm. Did. It get checked in until 530ish. Staff was super unprepared as they “didn’t know it was a game this weekend”. They did accommodate a late checkout though so that gave them some points back. Staff were disheveled from being understaffed. The company needs to do better for their staff. Really felt bad for them."

"Only the fat man who was in the early morning is not fit to be able to be in very arrogant customer service, they will lose many customers for him. He got angry because he picked up some forks so he could eat"

"We had a great stay at this Hampton inn! The hotel is very nice and updated, everything was clean. The staff were friendly. It is situated in a good downtown area, the breakfast was delicious with lots of options and a wide time window. We also enjoyed the fitness center and pool was amazing. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to others."

"The service was EXCELLENT!!! However the rooms are so outdated it almost ruined the entire trip. Dark and gloomy halls. Bathrooms outdated. Furniture outdated and price needs to be adjusted."

"Need smart TV so could stream WNBA"

"The staff we’re extremely welcoming."

"Only one elevator working during my 4 night stay. Ended up taking the stairs most of the time due to long delays. The ice machine on the 3rd floor did not work - was advised that the first floor ice machine worked. Bathroom could use updating. Mattress needs replacing (slopes down on one side)."

"Very quiet and comfortable."
