Pet-friendly Hotels in Essonne from SAR61

"The hotel is amazing for families. There is a swimming pool, mini golf, football, petanque and a small climbing frame outside. Inside there are lots of wooden table top games to play as well as table football - all free. My girls (9 & 11) absolutely loved it. It was an overnight stop for us but we spent the afternoon at the hotel and had a brilliant time. The restaurant was also great. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Two of the staffs were helpful but the others not that much. One guy even refused to fill my mug with boiling water (I needed coffee) and said that go to your room and use microwave oven to boil!! The room was OK but it lacked some basic stuff such as dish washing liquid. One guy had a good command of English but the others not."

"No Air-Conditioning, we got to open all windows. So a lot of mosquitos came to the room. Front Desk people are nice, They should get promotion."

"I’ve never stayed in a hotel, where the staff make no attempt to greet the guests. We checked in late using the machine outside so the reception was closed, which I have no problem with. What I didn’t like is when I did finally see the receptionist and smiled, I was greeted with a blank stare. Not once, did the staff even try to acknowledge us which we found, very disappointing. Only person I care into contact with was the cleaner and that’s it! I think more basic amenities would be nice...

"It will be nice to inform customers about the process of checking in. Specially late night check in since there are no staff and doors are locked. Rude people you get on the phone can’t spend time to help you. Very scary place for a lady who first time visit the country and fo not know anything about the area. "

"The checkin was difficult. The shower kept flooding the bathroom and bedroom. The gentleman assisted by providing us with towels to dry the floor and did offer to move us to another room. The bed sheets smelt like cigerettes as well. But in saying that the bed was comfortable and the accommodation did serve its purpose."
