"I needed an item and the front desk went out of their way to get it for me so polite and helpful. The only downfall was there was four of us and only two washcloths and three towels, but when I asked for more, there wasn’t an issue. "

"This hotel is our families go to every time we are in Whitby for a sports event. It is in the centre of all the arenas and the hotel is always quiet, clean and all the staff are so friendly. I love that I can do my laundry before I go home."
