"The room was nice and very clean. Some of my encounters with the staff were not great. Upon arrival, I waited for about 5 minutes before the front desk person came out to greet me (they saw me and walked away into the side area beside the front desk). Then the front desk person tried to upsell me to a room on a higher floor, which I chose not to do… only to then find out my room was already on the top floor (that does not seem like an honest business practice and rubbed me the wrong way).
