Annamaria was very welcoming upon our arrival offering us a welcoming drink in the gorgeous courtyard while we checkin and bags brought up to our rooms for us. "Everything was great apart from the safe in my room which had to be fixed before it would work and there was no coffee machine in the room which I asked for and it was provided. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower was great as was the breakfast. All the staff were very helpful and kind."
