"Windom, MN hotel 7 nights, 2 adults. After the first night, there was a noticeable decline in housekeeping. Amenities like shampoo, conditioner, water cups were not replenished during room service. The breakfast attendant was busy socializing with team members in the breakfast area and had to be reminded to refill the breakfast amenities.
