"Was great location near sea , hotel was nice but needed updating, we knew was,a dog friendly hotel, but didnt like the fact that dogs sat on furniture, only place not allowed was restaurant which was only open for breakfast ,all other meals was served in bar where dogs was allowed , as much as i dont mind animals i dont like them near food. we was using hotel next door most of time for food and drinks, as even though dogs there was not on furniture or in any eating places."

"The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food was very good. I was totally unimpressed with the room. Very much like a hostel with regard to the washing/toilet facilities and also no shaving mirror. Highky unlikely I would stay there again with regard to the latter comments."

"Dining room tables weren't cleared unless you asked them to take the plates or left. Breakfast was excellent. Didn't find a public disabled toilet. Rooms cleaned to a high standard daily."

"The staff were extremely helpful helping us in and out with baggage and helping us in any way we needed. The only disapointment I felt was not taking gluten free that seriously . They did have the bread but meals were another thing and two days I had not choice of sweet. Otherwise I would go there again if we can travel that far another year."

"i booked to double rooms with sea viw,one for myself and the other for my daughter Rooms were spacious , nicely heated, clean,modern,bathroom modern,USB ports, TV that worked which makes a change these days No complaints at all. The belmont sets a standard in Llandudno that other older hotels really need to look at. Too many hotels in Llandudno need a lot of money spending on them."

"Couldn't get entry for ages as we weren't told 2 hotels had become one with different names still on the buildings.No private parking was a pain but what I can gather it's the same for most hotels. The lady that greeted us was really nice but unfortunately I couldn't understand a word she was saying as obviously she was foreign. Room was clean but the shower area was a bit tatty. If I had to use it again I probably would."

"lovely location, very clean, helpful and friendly staff. little disappointed that our 'deluxe' room had a view over the fire escape and a fire door which meant an omnipresent green fire escape light, didnt detract from lovely stay but would ask for a forwadr facing room if were to stay again"

"From the moment we were picked up from the train station by Louie we were made to feel very welcome all the staff friendly and amazing, I had my birthday weekend and we loved it ! Had a 2 bedroom chalet and it was perfect had some lovely views , the spa area was fantastic we enjoyed a swim, sauna and steam room and a relaxing time used the facilities twice.
