"This hotel ceased operations over four months ago. What is it sitll doing on your feed Expedia? I got to the property near midnight last week only to find out that it had closed down. If the taxi driver didn't wait for me until I got in, I would've been stranded in a foreign city all by myself at midnight. I had to go drving around looking for a place to stay. Since I made the booking throught your site, was charged for my stay in december and didn't get the service, I am requesting a refund....

Great place. Relaxing pool. Impeccable service…sometimes almost too attentive. Room was lovely. Recommend the deluxe room with butler service. The butler made so many last-minute dinner reservations for us at the most popular places in town.

Lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of the wall city. Within walking distance to restaurants and other attractions. Eli at the reception was very friendly and pleasant. Juan at the restaurant provided excellent service. Breakfast was very good, with many options. The jacuzzi was not warm. We were told it would take a while to heat up, but it didn't. Overall

We were given access to the executive room, which turned out to be great, because if we got in late with the kids we were able to give them a quick dinner there and then put them to sleep. The staff is very accomodating and helpful, and will do anything they can to make your stay a pleasant one.

We loved our time at Casa de Coliseo and would definitely return. The bedroom felt like a peaceful oasis in bustling Cartagena - we felt relaxed the minute we walked into our room.
The entire hotel is decorated beautifully. Everything is fresh and clean - this place feels like it was recently and very professionally redone. Even the lighting felt professionally done.
Jennifer was our main staff contact - she was super helpful and considerate. She spoke the best English of anyone we worked...

We arrived at the hotel and it was pouring; yet two bell boys quickly ran over with umbrellas to help with our luggage. The front desk gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. We were even given a welcome fruit juice while we waited to be checked in. Delicious! Rooms are not as small as you’d expect them to be based on the photos and the beds have memory foam pillows, showers have great water pressure, and nice decor all around. The decor is sophisticated and modern with big flat screen smart...

Everything was execellence. For example, the receptionist coordinate for the covid test, transpotation to the airport, and other essentials flawless. The dining facility provide variety of breakfasts that were good. My room was clean and resuppled everyday. If I had the authority I'll compensate the receptionist crew, my room cleaner, and the resturant staff to encourage their performance.
