"The view is fantastic. Fireplace and deck are perfect for relaxing at night. Fabian is very helpful. If you have knee problems rent the lower unit the upper unit has funky stairs. All in all this place was perfect for me. "
"It's a hidden gem! Locals and tourists to Bogotá are missing out on a lovely getaway with some amazing food, artwork around the hotel and rooms, genuine and meaningful chats, and meeting the artist in residence. For those coming for work, Federico will help organize your ground transportation!"
"The apartment was not well cleaned because of its high volume of previous use and was poorly maintained. We helped the owner out by staying home for two half days for the WiFi technician to come by and conduct repairs, once the repair's were done the WiFi signal was very poor at best with frequent disconnects.. We decided to leave there one day early from our scheduled departure date."

"It was a wonderful experience. I felt as I were at home. The breakfast was good and enough for my taste. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel."
"We had a wonderful time at Biohotel. Our trip started out by being warmly and professionally greeted by Pilar the Manager and Karen & Laura. In the reception area, we were again warmly and politely greeted by Christian Monroy who took us to our room and made us feel ooh so welcome. Throughout our stay we were taken care of by Jose, Ramon and Ridrigo, Joani and Jorge, all of these whom treated us like family and we loved them as such. Jose did everything from fixing our bathroom sink to helping us schedule the use of the amazing roof top Jacuzzi. Ramon guided us as to how to see the city and gave us directions to the immaculate “Parroquia Nuestra Senora de Torcoroma” church and the Ara and Carulla supermarkets located nearby. Joani always had a bright and warm smile and helped us with our room. In the mornings, we were taken care of by the dining manager Wilmar and our inspirational and witty attendant Elbert. Breakfast is delicious with a wide variety from which to choose, from eggs, soup and food to fruit, pastry, bread and dessert. Walk with a coat though, it’s cold (9 degrees) in the mornings. In our room, Janet kept our space clean and tidy while we were pampered by Natalia in the Spa on the T floor. We had an amazing time at Biohotel, it is safe, the staff are loving and caring, the rooms are spacious and clean with breath-taking views and it’s a 5-minute walk from the main city. This is our third time visiting and will return when next we visit Usaquen. !Hasta Pronto!"
