"The resort is pretty isolated but I knew that because I've been here before it is what it is just make sure that you bring things that you need because you're gonna be lucky to find anything but available once you're in the resort. "Our stay was great. Just one night, 2 adults, 2 kids in a 2 queen room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was awesome, plenty of seating and poolside drink service. Waterfall makes it even better. Ate at the Cafe for dinner, we were seated right away, drinks and orders taken within a couple minutes & food out in less than 10 minutes. Food was hot & good! Prime rib was worth it for sure. We really enjoyed our stay."

"This property has new ownership and is being renovated - which I knew about- but our room was not 'ready' upon check-in. It was ready THREE hours late. After waiting a very long time to get a 'text' saying my room was ready, I decided to wait in the actual check in line for over 20 minutes.
