"The overall stay was good, especially during the evening, but it was clear that the hotel was short-staffed. I’ve stayed here twice before, and this time I could really notice that the workers seemed overwhelmed. There were too many guests for such a small staff, which affected the level of service. I hope management can address this, because the staff is doing their best under pressure and ke of the pool the heater was broken "

"Room needs a pain job. There were several long black hairs on the bathroom floor (I’m a bald man, definitely not mine) and the towels were well broken in with stains on them. The A/C did work well though and the beds were functional."

"Rooftop bartenders and wait stay , ignored us. They stood around talking to each other. Had to wave at them for service It was me and my husband we ordered food , I had to ask for silverware and napkins. The girl brought one it took 5 mins to get anyone attention to get a 2nd set. Overall the rooftop busy and not busy very bad service."

"There was no hot water in the shower and the toilet paper falls apart and is messy. "

"The house had a lot of extras making it super comfy and easy to stay in. The proximity to the beach was wonderful.We were surprised that it looked like some of the guests before us did not take good care of some of the amenities, like the beach gear (snorkels and masks, in particular) Maybe a sign or two about rinsing gear and hanging thigs back up would be good as it could be that people new to beach gear might not know how to care for it. We would recommend this home to anyone needing a beach escape."
