"The service at this hotel is on another level. Every single member of staff from housekeeping to the restaurant team went out of their way to make sure your needs are attended to. Special thank you to reception who allowed me to check in a few hours early and to Ajay and Alina in the restaurant who made ever breakfast and dinner amazing. The food here was superb too, the pool was amazing, I would recommend this place and suggest you do halfboard as the area around is close to the tourist area but Delhi traffic is horrendous and I wouldn't venture out alone in the evenings. The outside is similar to all other hotels in Delhi. Also, the smell in the hallway was absolutely devine! "

"My stay at Hotel Cottage Yes Please was very pleasant. The hotel is kept neat and clean, and the housekeeping staff really do a good job. I loved the location since everything I needed was nearby and it was easy to explore Delhi from here. The facilities are simple but well-maintained, and I had everything I required for a comfortable stay. "A wonderful, historic hotel. Built in 1903 and situated in the Civil Lines area of Delhi, this is definitely a place you should consider. It goes without saying that the public areas, grounds and rooms are spot-on, well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The real selling point here though is the service. I can honestly say that the staff here, from the General Manager down, provided some of the best service I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, my luggage was mislaid by the airline and I was without it for 2 days. The staff couldn’t have been more supportive and provided me with essentials and even clothing as well as ordering a cab to take me to a local shopping centre to purchase a couple of items. Everyone was friendly, helpful and kind and I was frequently greeted by name around the hotel. Outstanding and highly recommended hotel in a nice, green area away from the hustle and bustle and with a number of bars and dining options within a 5 minute walk – as well as the Civil Lines Metro station which will connect you with anywhere in the city. "

Beautifully renovated palace and food were great. We arrived at night and traversed a maze of narrow lanes until we finally found the hotel - it is a cool experience."
