"Beautiful place however the staff in the bar could use some lessons in regards to the service. I came down to ask about food for dinner and was told there was no food. It was only once I spoke to the front desk staff that I was able to get seated and then a couple who arrived 10 minutes after me were seated and their order taken before I was even asked to order. "Amazing 5 Star hotel outside of Prague! Customer service was top notch. The morning continental breakfast was excellent. The history of the renovation of this chateau is very interesting. It is exquisitely redone from layout to furnishings. Mcely is a town of about 200 people so there is nothing to do outside of the Chateau besides take a walk.
