"Loved our room with private terrace that had cool view. Good breakfast. From cons - only maybe that bathroom had a bathtub that was pretty high to step in, and had only one small shower door so water was licking on the floor."

"No complaints, people who worked there were friendly enough, rooms were clean, toiletries restocked daily, breakfast was fine, check in staff were pleasant, breakfast staff were pleasant, our room was quiet, the location was good and close to I P Pavlova tram and metro stops, not really sure what everyone else is complaining about tbh. It's a cheap place to stay, convenient and clean. If you're expecting the Ritz for a few hundred quid then you're staying at the wrong places. The worst part was the other guests who were staying there who were particularly rude."

"The online check-in system put Taiwan, as Province of China. Many Taiwanese knew well that Taiwan is not Province of China. Please remove this type of stupid political stupidty to irritate Taiwanese travellers."

"Really lovely room with a nice balcony. Very modern and very clean. Quality of breakfast and choice was very good. Value for money was very good But… There is no information about breakfast times or anything about the hotel or the facilities for customers Unfortunately staff were not helpful or responsive. Our safe didn’t work and they only came to look at it on the penultimate day but couldn’t fix it the man who came was quite rude.The girl at breakfast wasn’t very friendly. It’s set up as a self service hotel which wasn’t a problem but when our code operated door stopped working we had to go and ring the buzzer on the front door and wait for a grumpy maintenance man to come and fix it. Lovely hotel shame about the staff! Will try elsewhere next time we go to Prague customer experience is important."
