"The friendliness, organization and attention to detail from the staff helped make our honeymoon so smooth. We spent more time at the hotel than we initially expected but so glad we had such a wonderful landing spot to spend our time at. Between the pools, restaurants, trail, yoga, and being 6 minutes from downtown, we had everything we needed right at our fingertips. We thought it would just be a place for us to sleep at night and ended up being a highlight of our experience. "

"This place was amazing! The rum was clean but average. No air conditioning but with the window open, fan, and dehumidifier it was very tolerable. The amazing part. .the staff and wildlife! Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond to assist. Every morning and afternoon the spider monkeys came by the patio. So many birds and other wildlife to see just walking the grounds. If you love seeing wildlife then this is the place for you! "

"You cannot beat the views from the property. Staff was super friendly and food was really good. They have a good breakfast with variety of options. It is about 10 minutes from town so you would need a car or to get a taxi every time you go. Ubers are cheaper. Room was great and spacious, my kids loved the jacuzzi in the room. The only downside is that the tv is out of date and small."

"Nayara Springs is the most exquisite hotel I’ve ever been to. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel. Grounds are breathtaking, the room and bed are luxurious and the staff is so kind and knowledgeable. Don’t leave Costa Rica without staying here and enjoying their beautiful hot springs beneath the sloths and toucans. My boyfriend and I were comped a free night after a slight mixup. They went out of their way to really make us feel special. Their service, in addition to everything else mentioned is...

"This was the 2nd time we have stayed there. We returned because of the amazing experience the 1st time last year and we got the same amazing stay this year. I think they are always cleaning and taking care of the property, so rooms and hotel look amazing. The entire staff are friendly, welcoming, talkative and go out of their way to to ensure a good trip. They learn your name, even when only staying a few days. I would definitely recommend staying there. "

"This was truly a unique experience. I was sad our schedule only allowed us to stay one night, as I would loved to stay several days. Our room had a private pool, huge shower, and was surrounded by lush greenery. The breakfast buffet was good and the town was gorgeous. The staff was very helpful. We did the night hike and saw several tropical frogs, a snake and a sloth. I highly recommend a stay there!!"
