"Everything is lovely about this location, the staff, the food, the location, the suite itself. The only minor thing to keep in mind will be the fact that there will be bugs crawling around the area, since you are in the middle of the jungle. They give you a bug spray but it doesn't keep them away for long. Not a complaint at all, just a note for people with bug phobia to keep in mind. Otherwise I will definitely go back. "Wonderful spot especailly to visit calakmul, if you have a car. No tv or wifi in room is great to relax with each other. A few bugs but it is the jungle. Only issue was hotels internet that didnt show i prepaid. Had reciepts so they took photo of reciept, that was it, no problem. Friendly staff, wish i could have stayed longer to partake more. "Nice hotel in a convenient location, easy walk to city centre or to the waterfront promenade. The room was adequate and clean. The toilet did not flush, which was annoying. I did try to alert the reception but no one came to fix it. They apologised as we were checking out, and gave us some snacks to compensate. Breakfast buffet was ok, good selection of juice, eggs etc. "
