"Our room was spotless. It looked like it had just been redone. We came to Cincinnati for a concert at Megacorp Pavilion. The hotel was a 4 maybe 5 minute walk to it ! Would highly recommend"

"Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and everything looked in disrepair but nothing too major. Locks to bathroom didn't work, smoke detector hanging from the ceiling by wires, deodorant caps on the floor behind the headboard. Pool was super cold even though indoor. No coffee maker in the room, breakfast was not good(biscuits like a rock, sausage tasted bland at best). Overall, get what you pay for, free parking, helpful staff, convenience to bus stop all great."

"We booked because of the pool (traveling with a child) and the pool was ridiculously cold. Could not use the main thing we stayed for. We got over it but our main concern was the noise! About 7-8am they were doing what I can only assume was construction upstairs. Right above our room. I understand having to renovate but doing it that early while people are traveling is crazy. We were woken up with loud banging and furniture moving. It was to the point where we packed up and checked out early....

"Stayed overnight after seeing a concert at Riverbend Music Center. Room was very overpriced due to some HBCU convention in the area. I was there for a concert, not some HCBU conference. There should be one solid price for a room, not some sliding scale depending on what event is happening nearby. Only complaint about the room is with the shower/tub. Only one grab bar and the shower/tub was very slippery. No bath mat or anything on the tub floor to prevent a fall . Very dangerous. And the “free”...

"If you want secluding, comfy, quiet, and all around great place to be then this is the place. Well stocked for the 13 people we had stay with enough hot water to go around. Lisa was very prompt on replies and was an absolute sweetheart. Would recommend this place to anyone. Very nice getaway!!!"

"Place was ok. A few of the photos didn't match the current property (no toaster, no curtain/shades on a set of windows in a bedroom.) Also had some wifi issues (chatting with the first number that texted us didn't resolve it which was weird, so found another number and texted that and it was resolved.) But do appreciate that it was resolved by the second person."

"Excellent location! Conveniently located to explore both Cincinnati, Newport and Covington. The bar downstairs is quite noisy, but the property manager was great and I would stay again in a heartbeat!"
