"Pretty awful experience. My husband and I had booked a stay for our wedding anniversary and had mentioned it to the staff during booking as they had asked if it was for a special occasion. We had also requested a baby cot in our room. We received an email saying that both were noted but once we got there, nothing was there. We had to call reception twice to get the baby cot in the room. Nothing special at all regarding the special occasion, not even a note. We ended checking out early and did...

"We enjoyed the free breakfast , the cleanliness, the electric charger, the hot tub, the staff, the comfortable bed, and the Fall colours view was beautiful !"

"Very nice condo with view of the mountains."

"The room was clean and very quiet. We were a bit worried since the pub was lively when we had dinner that night. The food was great and staff made a lot of effort to get to know the patrons. The auberge is right in the middle of town. We went to hike and it was conveniently located 10 min from the paths. It was also nice to have a good breakfast included. We would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Easy check in and convenient"

"Charming historic hotel. Pleasant walk to the heart of the village and the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful"

"L'emplacement est parfaite."

"We loved this spot. It was a small hotel that exuded calm, relaxation in a beautiful natural setting. We enjoyed dawn on the dock access to Lac Brome, we walked the trails around the large property and we had a great meal in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. The surrounding area - Sutton, Knowlton were fun to explore with wonderful hikes. The only disappointment was that the restaurant is was closed for our first 2 nights."
