"The hotel is much bigger than the pictures suggest, with rooms across multiple buildings. Couldn’t find our room and two of the staff didn’t know either! Also it’s a prime Lego Land hotel so was full of families and young children - breakfast was very noisy. Don’t book if you are looking for a quiet break as a couple."

"The hotel and staff were great. Our only issue really was that although you get early entry into the park, alot of the rides don't open until later in the day which means there's not a lot to do with smaller kids who aren't going on the skylion. The evening buffet is nice but also expensive and not really worth it for families with picky eater kids"

"The staff were so amazing! The location is also perfect, right across from the castle!"

"Property was ok. Staff was great."

"Hotel is being renovated"

"Friendly and helpful staff Lovely venue and excellent spa and pool facilities"

"Fabulous hotel, spotlessly clean in all areas, especially the breakfast area. All of the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a very good choice of hot items and everything was cooked perfectly! The rooms were extremely clean, modern and very comfortable. The hotel is next to a care home and Police Station and the overall area is quiet apart from the planes flying over the hotel every minute on their way to Heathrow, but you soon get used to this! "Lovely hotel in great location for exploring Windsor with a good breakfast. Sadly some of the staff could use a little more customer service training."

"I stayed in the annex building above the gym while working nearby. The receptionist was very friendly and talkative and rhe room only a short walk from the main hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, with nice views over the woodland. The bathroom skylights were a nice touch, especially with the heavy rain. Breakfast was rather nice, with a good selection of buffet style food of a good quality."

"Superb as usual. The most beautiful hotel and spa we have ever stayed at in the UK. There are good reasons we keep coming back. Faultless."
