"My family of 5 recently stayed at Montigo resort and though we only had a short 2D1N stay, we had the most amazing time. The villa was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed all the facilities within the villa and around the property. But what sets the experience apart from other vacations we’ve had was the service. Every single staff member at Montigo we encountered was warm and helpful, attentive to our requests and going out of their way to make sure that we had an enjoyable stay. In particular, staff members Felli and Andry helped us a lot during our stay and treated us with so much care that prompted my son to ask me if we’re VIPs. 😊 We definitely look forward to returning soon and once again like to say a huge thank you for the fantastic experience!!"

"This was my first time staying at this property and I must say that it deserves the word 'Grand'!! All the hotel staff were really professional, friendly and always smiling with full of energy all the time. I did face some challenges in communicating with some staff members due to language barrier as I noticed that only the front desk staff was good in English.... But this didn't cause me any issues since I used Google translator. Even though some were not able to understand English, but still they were very eager to help and tried to communicate well. The room that I took was very nice and comfortable but was very dark due to the dark colour scheme on walls and furniture. But it might suite to others as we all have different taste. Breakfast buffet was OK and not that fancy. I loved the 24x7 open Bar that serves most of the popular alcoholic drinks. Overall, I am glad that I stayed here and later wished that I should have stayed more. Definitely, it will be my first choice on my next trip to Batam and this time I will request for bright coloured room. Cheers!! "
