"The property is located nicely on the river (Lake Eufaula) and easy to get to. It looks good but is fairly old with a rough parking lot. The pool was open and was nice to use due to high heat weather however, it badly needs a refinish and repaint of the bottom. The room was average in quality but we found the floor dirty and gritty. Air conditioning worked well and was easy to use. Only one of 2 ice machines was operating. Overall an average experience for my 2 day stay. The price was good and...

"This was a great place to host a family weekend on the lake. While we did not bring our pets, this house is very pet friendly. There is a large front yard that was very nice for badminton. The house was clean and had a drip coffee maker and a Keurig which was nice. There is a beautiful lake view with private access. It was great for kayaking, paddleboarding and fishing. There is plenty of seating in the deck for you to enjoy. I would just note that there were a few things I wished were available...

Plenty of room for us to park our boats for 3 days on the lake fishing and just down the road from the state ramp and the gator stop tackle and convenience store. The hospitality was great and the fact that this was Tom Mann’s family farm house made the stay even more special! A one of kind stay in Eufaula!"
