"Staff were very friendly. Breakfast meals were very good. Menu meals were repetitive, could improve with more variety or different menu daily. Ordered meals service were slow. Overall time spent was excellent. The hotel was very clean and comfortable."

"I stayed at FM7 primarily as I had a very early flight out of Indonesia, and its location was ideal for this. In addition, the hotel has a shuttle bus that leaves right on time and gets you to and from the airport quickly. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities good and the staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you're transferring onward, highly recommend! "

"My husband and I loved our stay when between flights to and from CGK! The room was very comfortable and clean, the aiport transfer was wonderful and most especially, the staff were incredible!! Every single staff member was lovely and welcoming, from the shuttle driver, to the front desk, the porters, cleaners and staff at both restaurants!! All were above and beyond expectations! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we stayed a second time before flying home to Canada. We would highly recommend staying here and send genuine thanks to all the staff!"

"I have used this hotel for circa 25 years. The standard has not changed, as good today as when we first stayed. Whilst not 5 star, the hotel is very convenient for transit, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Other more modern hotels exist nearby which are lower cost, our choice is always to stay here."

"We were traveling with 2 other couples all arriving from the U.S. into Jakarta on 3 different airlines. We then had an 8 hour layover departing at midnight. D’prima Hotel is located in Terminal 3 so after 20 hours traveling, clearing customs and immigration, we checked into our tiny but clean, quiet and comfortable rooms! Took a shower and napped for a few hours before next flight. The best. "
