"This place is absolutely amazing. The rooms are spotless and unique, and the hotel is on a beautiful beach, but what makes it special are the staff. I was a solo traveller, and from the moment I arrived I was treated as one of their own. They picked me up from the airport, arranged boat trips, drove me to other beautiful places on the island and introduced me to some wonderful people. I have never experienced hospitality like this. "The service by the staff was extraordinarily they all made such an effort to make my stay as happy and as content as the team could. All the staff seem so well trained in customer service, they were all professional very polite, kind and welcoming. The manager Joe recommended what activities were available on the island, they organised for drivers from and back to the hotel. They helped me arrange all activities. I would highly recommend this hotel as the staff are amazing. I had a room with ocean view which was so nice."

"I and my son are really enjoy stay in this hotel, it’s the best hotel I have ever stay around the world, room clean, customer service is the best of politeness, front desk and hotel employee helped me at 4 am when I was really sick and brought me to hospital ( ER/ UGD ) and he waited me till I released from hospital, manager hotel checked on me in the morning and over meal to bring up to my room. I am looking forward to stay here in the future. Thank you so much for best services."
