"Due to a football game, we had a delay in checking in. The front desk was upfront,polite and accommodating with this. I did not mind waiting until they could properly check me in. "

"I was able to get what I needed from this stay. The room looked almost done with renovations. I enjoyed the cleanliness especially the bathroom. The room had a working microwave and fridge. I didn't watch much TV but it was available. I had a huge bed, very comfortable. In fact the room was comfortably big. In the fitness center, I used the precor treadmill. "Staff helped me by printing out the Ohio University parking pass I needed for the next morning since I forgot it at home (4 hours away) I was so grateful. The room was clean and prepped. I had issues with the TV and figuring out how to get it connected to the streaming services, but I never asked for help - I'm sure staff would have helped. For the price, this was the best place I could have chosen to stay for the night."
