"Amazing staff and service "

"Huge resort with various activities. Pools are big covenient, even if the resort is full, you dont really feel it. We took half board and had lunch (and beer) by the pool everyday, prices were reasonable for such a luxurious resort. Some more food options for children by the pool could be a thing for improvement. Everywhere was perfectly clean. Staff is one of the most wonderful parts; all was amazing. Even the lady -whose name i shamefully dont remember- greeting at the door of the food hall (for breakfast and dinner) started remembering us and our daughters name - when the resort was full!!! During the day and every night they have activities for kids. While walking around we saw an amphitheather which was not being used during the time we stayed and shows were done in the common area. Highly recommended"

"We stayed at this campsite on the night of June 9, 2025. The location, surroundings, the views… everything is just perfect, the best possible I guess. The owner Mr. Atif is very professional, he received us from the highway & drove us to the campsite, a 10-minute drive in the desert. You need a 4X4 or an AWD vehicle to be able to drive ur vehicle upto the camp, else you will have to leave ur vehicle at the designated parking near the main highway. We were in our AWD SUV & so we followed Atif’s vehicle right upto the camp. The tents are very clean, & very comfortable. Washroom is part of every tent. The AC is comfortable in the night but not very efficient during the day, this needs to be looked into by the owners. The food is average, they need to improve it. The worst part is their employees, the guys do not know a word of English & are actually rude, some of them need to be kicked out. Adventure activities like hot air balloons & jeep tours are available. Overall, the place is highly recommended. I would want to visit again, just for its awesome location. "

"If you wanna know what it’s like to see mars on earth you must come here. There are many camps in wadi rum but this camp is so beautiful. I stood in the dome and it looked exactly like the pictures. The staff are very friendly the buffet breakfast and dinner was perfect. They even provide you a free stargazing tour at night. The tour guide explained the stars in full detail and even took pictures of us. I came here for my birthday and I’m so happy i did. The rooms don’t have a TV but who need's one when you could enjoy each other‘s company. I highly recommend to come here. You must experience this at least once. Now the price point may be a little expensive but it’s worth every cent. I don’t Recommending paying for a tour guide for the ride to see wadi rum on site since the price point is very high. Speak to a local off the camp site and haggle the price points. It does get cooler in the nights since I did come in May and during the daytime by 7:30 AM the sun is out in full effect. They will also try to sell you the hot air balloon ride. I didn’t do it on site, but the price point is expensive. I stood two nights i suggest one night and you can go somewhere else since it’s very expensive but no regrets. "

"Why should you choose this camp when there are literally hundreds to choose from? It’s simple. It’s safe, clean, beautiful and an experience like no other. Eid (host) and his family (including his nephew Motaz) are two of the most welcoming and friendly people my husband and I have ever met. This a true family run camp and every detail was taken care of from being able to park our cars at his property and bring driven into the desert on a 4x4 to a wonderful tour, sunset tea and finally a delicious dinner. Everything we wanted was taken care of and we felt well taken care of. My husband and I have travelled over the world and it’s one our favourite experiences together. I have already recommended this camp to so many people. We felt so safe and welcome in Jordan too. I can’t wait to come back! "
