"The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. That may seem harsh but really, they were calling us regularly to ask mundane questions such as where we might travel to next. The wifi worked...10% of the time? The restaurant was terrible. If this was a home stay we completely would have understood but this was bad. None of the rickshaw drivers had a clue where this place was either. 'Sketchy' Defines this place to a 'T'."

"This hotel is fine for the price. There isn't much to do in Alleppey outside of the houseboat tours, so choice of location wasn't really an issue. The hotel was clean and staff were helpful. The rooms were very small, but we were only there for one night, so it wasn't a major inconvenience. My only real complaint was the WiFi, which was terrible and never worked in the room. However, the restaurant was fantastic and I wish we could have eaten more meals there! If we ever came back to Alleppey,...

"One of the worst hotel experiences so far. No toilet rolls - had to wait for 1 hr 10 min and 4 phone calls to get it. dirty bedsheets and towels. no breakfast even after waiting for an hour. had to leave the hotel with other guests to some place outside to get breakfast. and no refund for the same. there are many better options in that area. this one is just a disgrace to india tourism."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at this small hotel which has direct access to the beach. We were greeted with a warm welcome and were shown to our room (104), a Palm Villa. The bedroom was a good size with both aircon and a fan. There was also a refrigerator. I can recommend this particular room as it has one of the best views to palm trees and the beach.
