However, in our room we were missing a bath towel, tissues and the cups in the bathroom had liquid in them which was not water. We asked for a bath towel and I saw the clerk get one from a laundry basket. When he gave it to us it was damp and appeared dirty. "If you are going to Soissons then we would highly recommend you stay at this property . It was amazing , the bed was so comfortable and the ambiance of the house was delightful, our host was excellent and went out of his way to look after us , giving us an early breakfast so we could get an early train . House was within easy reach of the train station in a very high class part of the town "

"The property itself and the ruins were a sight to be seen. It appears as though efforts are being exuded to improve the lodging however the toilet didn’t flush so we requested to change rooms the second night. Internet was down, pool was dirty, grounds unkept. There is no air conditioning, only a fan provided. Extremely quiet due to the remote location. Staff were as helpful as possible."
