"We puncture tire on Sat/San, but the receptionists help us very much, they made a lot of calls to garrages and at the end they found the solution. Many great thanks to all of them at the reception desk on that day Sun 9 Jul 2023 and Mon 10 Jul, especially VERA and deputy manager lady."

"Was allocated 2nd floor room, but it was no problem to be moved to 1st floor by staff. Very friendly staff and was very happy to carry bags for us. Hotel is rathertired but our stay of one night was very pleasant. In fact the towels were lovely and thick, much better than the ones in at Ibis Geneva. Staff could not have been more helpful. Stayed for dinner and food was cheap and very good. Would reccomend if you want a cheap place to stay."

"Although a budget hotel, good size room and very clean. Asked for another pillow and came immediately. Good car parking. We have 2 dogs where the cost was 5euro for both, much better than some hotels where they want 15euros each. "

"Lovely place but our stay was ruined by a noisy corporate gang doing kareoki until 03:00hrs so we got very little sleep. The hotel refunded the cost of our breakfast but I believe they should have sought recompense from the corporate customer and passed it on to the other clients. The toilet seat was damaged and stained on the under side."
