"Everything was very nice, I was a little disappointed in our room. It was rather plain from the pictures that I saw online. It was nice to have a patio , although it looked over a desert and the main traffic on road on the side we were on. But once we closed the sliding glass door, it was very very quiet, I think that having no microwave was a little inconvenient as they do not serve breakfast here, but the bed was comfortable and we slept great!"

"The staff was great. They upgraded our room. They were friendly! The hotel itself was kinda dingy and outdated. The pool area was very nice! The pools were all pretty hot. So swimming during the day wasn’t very enjoyable. Swimming at night was a lot of fun!"

"We had booked a room at this hotel because we had family coming down to meet us in the Palm Springs area we all drive over an hour. My brother and his wife booked a room here aswell so the point was for us to all be together. As we were already in DHS the day of our booking date we received a call 2 hours after arrival time (we were out to dinner) telling us they were over booked and they had no rooms available for us. (They gave away our room) My brother and his wife were unable to get a refund...
