"Historic hotel, nice decor, good breakfast, friendly staff. 3/4 mins walk from station, very pleasant 10 minute walk from historical centre, Lanes and main shopping area. "

" Had a lovely room full of character, and the place itself is set in lovely grounds, check in was easy and seamless. The only minor gripe i would have, would be that at breakfast time which again was excellent, was that the baked beans seemed cold from the serve station. Apart from that very minor thing i would certainly recommend staying there, and i will again im sure"
