Ac was not adjustable ( room was hot) and the room smelled musty. Shower spilled water all over the floor to the point the whole bathroom floor was wet.

RV camp straight out of breaking bad. Pretty active at night if ya know what I mean. Lot lizards and tweekers paradise. Definitely worth a stay or two, break out the lawn chairs and drinks in the parking lot and enjoy the show

This is the kind of motel that not too long ago would have cost you about $58 to stay there. That's still what it's worth, but it'll cost you twice as much. So low budget the floorboards have 1/2" spaces between them in sections - that's how much care was taken.
