"My overnight impromptu stay was better than expected. I was in town for a baseball tournament and decided to get a room last minute vs driving home 2hrs just to get back on the road at 6am to drive another 2hrs. Especially after sitting in 85° heat all day. The folks at the check-in were courteous and clear with the hotel procedures and amenities. "We stayed because a grandson was running in the State Track meet. We had other grandkids - disappointed that 2 of the pools were closed, but enjoyed the one that was open. We happened to leave 3 pillows in Room 270. We stopped back after the track meet - about 5:00 pm and no one could find them. Very disappointed about that!! Still hope they will look into that and try to find them and let us know - we left a phone number."

"A place for travelers who do not need a lot of amenities. Simple room with a fine shower, small tv, and a comfortable bed. Faced east but the heavy drapes kept the sun out and the light did not wake me up. I had a problem with the WiFi connection as I was in a building separate from the office and the signal was too weak for my devices to connect to it."

"Great place and host! Only slight downfall was the outdoor trash cans were very full and very smelly. Also the yard had not been mowed all year which was just a small inconvenience when playing yard games. But overall a very fun and good experience!"
