We were underwhelmed by the breakfast - the quality was ok, the selection was ok, we would expect a better quality and range of breakfast, better coffee etc for a 5 star. "Our stay at Lordos Beach Hotel was truly a blessing during a very stressful situation. We had to leave a VRBO property unexpectedly due to a serious mold issue and needed a safe, clean place immediately — and this hotel delivered exactly that and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. You could immediately feel the level of care and professionalism, which meant so much to us given the circumstances. The room was spotless, comfortable, and gave us the peace of mind we desperately needed. We especially appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel was, as our medical service dogs were welcomed without hesitation. That level of understanding and hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. Everything from the cleanliness to the service exceeded expectations. Unfortunately, due to the urgency of our situation and the short nature of our stay, we did not have the opportunity to experience the spa — which we would have loved to enjoy — but it looked beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, Lordos Beach Hotel turned a difficult situation into a comfortable and safe experience for us. We are very grateful and would absolutely return under better circumstances to fully enjoy everything the property has to offer."

"Stay here with my wife to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. The room was nice, clean and the bathroom walls are a very clever design. The staff were friendly and very helpful in making our stay as relaxing as possible. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing location"

"The condition of the rooms was very poor. We had requested a room on a higher floor, but the message from Expedia never reached the hotel. When we arrived late at night, the lady at reception on the night shift was quite rude. She didn’t even want to look at the confirmation on my phone and immediately told us our room was on the ground floor and that we would have to speak to reception in the morning. The next day we did, and our request was granted, we were moved to a room on the 2nd floor. However, the condition of the rooms was still very bad. Cleaning was not done properly, and I saw the cleaning staff throwing bed sheets on the ground in the backyard to sort them for cleaning. Unfortunately, I came home with a severe breakout on my face that required two chemical peels to treat which cost me the same amount we paid for one week accommodation at this hotel…I do not recommend this hotel. The photos they advertise do not reflect reality. The conditions are poor, and during our last four nights we had an invasion of ants, even on the bed. The place is simply not clean."
