"Had to request a change of rooms after check-in because the original room smelled horrible and was visibly dirty, the soap dispenser was empty and the TV didn’t work. New room was better but carpets were still dirty and the overall condition of the room was poor. For the price this hotel is charging, the owners should consider renovating rooms and addressing the filthiness. Otherwise they need to significantly lower the price to realistically align with expectations. "

"الفندق سيء وغير نظيف وعندما تطلب من ستاف الفندق ان ينظفوا الغرفة لا يبالون ابدا بطلبك . غير متعاونين ابدا. كل مسافر يحتاج الى قاصة لحفظ اغراضة الشخصية المهمة ومنها جواز سفره والتذكرة وامواله في مكان امين مثل قاصة هم لديهم قاصة في الغرفة لا تعمل وطلبت منهم اكثر من مرة اصلاحها لم يبالون تجربة لا اكررها مع هذا الفندق السيء."
