Denver 3bed/2 bath with spacious backyard

Beautiful Denver duplex nestled a few minutes away from the bustle of the city. A centrally located stay, we are less than thirty minutes drive to downtown Denver, Boulder, Old Town Arvada, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and forty minutes from Denver International Airport (DEN). A hop on the highway will take you to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Winter Park, or Rocky Mountain National Park in about an hour and a half. We are happy for you to bring your furry friends along and have a spacious backyard for a game of fetch or firing up the BBQ. No matter the itinerary, you’ll never run out of things to see, eat, and do during your stay with us!

The master boasts a queen bed and en suite bath. Next you’ll find two additional bedrooms each sporting a full size bed made of luxury memory foam. The kitchen is newly renovated with all the amenities you could ever need including a dishwasher, coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, and eating utensils. You’ll also find a cozy living room with extra blankets, a 65” Roku TV, a pull-out couch that converts into another queen mattress, and board games enjoyable for all ages. The backyard boasts a fire pit, BBQ grill, covered patio, and lots of space for kids or critters to get out their energy in the warm Colorado air.

**NOTE: This rental is for the upstairs unit of a duplex: the rental includes the entire top floor of the property, driveway, and backyard, and private front door entrance. We live in the downstairs unit (separate entrance) and you won't see or hear from us during your stay.

You will be sent a unique entry code to the front door on the morning of your arrival.

We just added a brand new washer/dryer to the unit! It can be found in the entryway closet. Detergent & dryer sheets are in the hallway closet. Please keep the door open when running the dryer to allow proper air circulation.
