Owner is very responsive, the room was not available, but they quickly gave us another property, which was clean and as advertised. Their execellent service allowed me to have a stress-free graduation celebration.

Denton stay

Our stay was great for the most part. Very clean and hospitable location. A couple of small parking issues and unfortunately, the jacuzzi didn’t work. I contacted the host and he responded quickly. Nice place to stay!

No frills, basic place

Clean room, fast replies/ good communication. Needs cosmetic upgrades and repairs. Priced for what you’d expect.

Double booked

I will not stay there again. I would not recommend it to others. I was switched from my preferred property and was disappointed.

I think I would call this place a hidden gem. I'm not one to leave many reviews but I enjoyed my stay. I was mainly in town for work and it was a very quiet place, and my space was very cozy and even had a few snacks that I munched on and took to work with me and the space was very vlean and spacious. I think the only thing I would change though not specifically, something the host could really control is being able to control the air in my room just because I hate to put people out. But since I only rented a room in the home, I was sharing the Central AC with someone else, at the time but there was an extra fan added into the room. So it did help make up for the coolness, that I needed also I did use the jacuzzi tub one night, but it seemed as though it didn't hold water for very long so I wasn't able to relax as long but it was a very minimal issue. If i'm in the area again , I would definitely would not mind coming back in staying there.

Dirty toilet and incorrect key code. Housemate let me in???

Key code didn’t work, didn’t hear from host within first few minutes. Housemate ended up letting me in. First time toilet flushed it filled it with dirty black water from holding tank. Really gross.

This was the worst place i could have ever stayed. We paid for 4 nights and only stayed 1 night. Dirty, broken furniture. We were not aware it would be shared property. The people we shared with smoked Marijuana. They kept turning up the heat when it was very hot out. We complained to management and got no response. It smelled, it was dirty and dusty. A complete waste of our money and time. I wanted my money back which is most likely why we did not get a response. The bed was extremely hard, it felt like cement. Don't choose this place if I were you. Just taking people's money and not putting any money back into their property is diabolical. The towels and sheets smelled like mildew.

If you have ever wanted to live like the cast of Jersey Shore, then this is the place for you. No where on the listing did it say this was a shared house. We arrived pretty late because of a concert and when we arrived we were told to go to the gray door which ended up being another guests room. The bed was slept in and personal things all over. We were confused and grateful that the guest wasn’t there at the time. AWKWARD! Then took a bit to get ahold of the owner and they gave us the correct code to the correct room. The house looks/ feels like a frat house and is about as clean as you can imagine a frat house could be if someone tried to clean one. The furniture is beat to hell and there is not much room to put things down so expect to just leave your stuff on the floor. The nightstand had a gross stain on it. The shower had some mold in it and there was hair on the countertop before we put our stuff in there. The bed is firm as heck. When we woke up the window was cracked open and we didn’t open it…. We got out of there as soon as we could. Will never be back. Worst place we have stayed.
