Amazing pond views and unforgettable sunsets from all levels of this beautiful home in the heart of Dennisport. Expansive decks for outdoor entertaining, dining or relaxing in the sun. Small beach with dock on Swan Pond, perfect for launching a kayak or canoe. The main level of this home boasts a light and bright living and dining area with vaulted ceilings overlooking Swan Pond! The first floor will have a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, half bathroom located off the living room and another bedroom equipped with a pyramid bunk bed. The lower level of the home offers two additional bedrooms, full bathroom with stand up shower and a second living area with sliders leading out onto the lower patio with breathtaking views. Amenities include mini split air conditioning in each bedroom and both living areas, enclosed outside shower, WiFi, gas grill, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Beautiful Views and Plenty of Space
We loved this property! The views were amazing - the photos don't do it justice. We also loved the open spaces in the home. The furniture is comfortable, the house was clean and we could all share a meal and time together without feeling cramped. The deck is great and we are literally about to buy the same grill. We love the Dennis Port/Harwich Port area so the location was perfect for us. We would definitely rent here again!
