"This was a great stop. We got in late and the young woman at the front desk was very helpful and cheerful. The room was very clean. In fact, although my preference is to be barefoot after travel and while packing to leave, it was one of the first times I stayed in an updated tile floor room that I did not have to wash my feet before donning socks and shoes! Kudos to the housekeeping staff!! We will definitely be back. "

I was charged for the room you took the payment it's documented in my credit card account but your company fails to send the hotel the vittural payment so I was not allowed a room. I ended up paying for a room bypassing Hotels.com and it was not a good experience. I may never use Hotels.com again."
