"The cabin is well located on the outskirts of Ruidoso. Its an easy drive to recreational areas of Ski Apache and the nearby snow tubing place.Pros - The main floor and upper floor look new and upgraded. The deck has great views. Cons - The basement could use a slight face lift. The final climb to the front of the garage is tricky and could be outlined in the welcome package instructions. Donald was reachable throughout and a great host. "

"Our stay at the cabin was everything we needed and more! SUPER COZY, great beds to rest after skying, snow tubing, hikings and long walks downtown. The patio lounge is perfect for entertaining. The chimneys are in the right places of the house for everyone to enjoy. Great views from the living room and dining area. Great cabin, thank you for having us!"

"Great home with a great view! About a 5 minute drive from the main ski base. House was clean and in great condition. Firewood was stocked, and there were plenty of basics for our stay (pots and pans, utensils, linens, soap, trash bags, etc.). Would stay here again!!"

"The double queen size bed room was perfect. The furniture accessories offered a convenient place for every item. Room A/C worked great and quiet. Beds and pillows are top notch. Shower pressure was perfect offering warm water immediately. Rooms are very clean as well as the common areas. The resort had a great vacation vibe. "
