"This is an older motel. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, plenty of channels on tv, a comfortable chair to sit in and a hand held shower which i liked. The room had a kitchen with a full size fridge and stove. It could use some newer pots and pans. An added bonus, it was 15 min from the Tsawwassen ferry. A little overpriced but much cheaper than almost all motels in Vancouver."

"Place was great. A few times could hear footsteps above us but it was only in the living area during the day and it really wasn't loud. Im always concerned about that when getting a place with someone above. Didn't cook but kitchen looked well stocked. Would stay again if in the area."

"Alice is an excellent host! The property was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and we were greeted with fresh grapes upon arrival. Some members of our group were hungry, and Alice gave us noodles for us. She even helped us book an Uber when we needed one.This was our first trip to Canada, and Alice made our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. I would definitely stay at her property again and highly recommend her to other guests!"
