"Ich miete seit mehr als 25 Jahren im Umkreis von zwei Kilometern. Das war die mit Abstand schlechteste Erfahrung. Die Verwalterin konnte das Haus nicht rechtzeitig zu Verfügung stellen, da es offenbar ein Kommunikationsproblem mit Fewo gab . Dadurch schaffte sie es nicht mehr alles zu putzen. Schimmel im Freezer etc. Das ganze Haus war eine einzige Baustelle: Möbel kaputt, die Küche mit Tesafilm zusammen gehalten, die Fliesen im Obergeschoss lose, defekte Geräte, Badezimmerfenster zerbrochen...

"This is a very fine house whith a lovely view. The garden is so nice with all the flowers and palm trees. The kitchen is very complete with good quality pots and pans. The village has a lot to offer. There are so may restaurants varrying from very "authentic" to "tourist easy" . The North Beach has all the hotels and their guests but there is plenty of room. The South Beach is closer by and a lot more quiet. That's where you could find us every day."

"My partner and I had a lovely time at Villa Joel. We stayed for 2 weeks. We particularly enjoyed the wonderful garden and amazing pool. The garden is beautifully laid out and is very peaceful with quiet neighbours. We also enjoyed the summer kitchen which was another great feature. "Jolie maison dans un quartier calme. La ville de tres cales est situées à 10 minutes de l'ametlla de mar qui est une tres belle ville. La propriétaire de la maison est très sympathique ainsi que Dawn qui a été nôtre contact durant notre séjour. Belle expérience."

"Très belle maison, magnifique piscine. Point faible, on ne peut rien faire à pied. La ville est à 3 km. Il n’y a rien autour. Manque la climatisation. Et la nuit il y a trop de chien qui aboient. Dommage car la maison est grande et bien équipée."

"One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Location is superb and the room beautifullly decorated. Fabulous jacuzzi bath and outside terrace. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Peniscola. The views from the rooftop terrace are stunning. "
