"We where there for 3 nights. When we left, to go out that morning after the first night, my wife informed the cleaning lady, politely, that we where leaving for the whole day and so she can arrange the room. She was half wearing ear phone and simply knoded. We arrived late at night for our 2e night and nothing was done in the room. The next morning we informed the front desk. That evening everything was perfect. I guess it’s hard to find competent and serious staff now days."

"The chalet is beautiful, the lake is crystal clear, our family had a great time in the water. Plus, the place is fully equipped, we had everything and more than we expected. Just note to future guests, the Google map direction to the chalet address is incorrect, please take a look at the road signs, it’s about 1km from the Google direction."
